And now a message from the Rules Committee…
Contestants must provide eight (8) to ten (10) quarts of prepared, ready-to-be served chili. No cooking is permitted at the event site, but heating facilities will be provided to keep contestant’s chili at a suitable temperature.
Entrance categories are:
- BEST CHILI (NO beans allowed)
- BEST CHILI with BEANS
- Best Decorated Table

There is NO entry fee.
