Shriners are invited to join us for our monthly meetings at the Mimi’s Café in Torrance. Boring meetings? Definitely not!

The only business meeting on Earth where you can eat, drink and have a lot of fun and laughs.

We’ve got a special dinner menu that the restaurant prepares for us: New York strip steak, Atlantic salmon…lots of choices!

Whiskey Flats Parade

& Road Trip Weekend

Friday 17 February to Sunday 19 February 2023

It’s our big parade on the road! Join us for the annual road trip to Kernville for the Whiskey Flats Parade. Ride in the parade with other Shriners or come along to just unwind and relax.

Loads of entertainment for the weekend. It’s a leap back to the good ol’ wild west days when the area was settled by gold miners, cattle ranchers and trappers. There’s so much more than the parade! The rodeo, the Wild West Encampment, Carnival Rides, Frog Jumping Contests, Whiskey Flat Mayor Contest, Food & Craft Booths, Line Dancing, Clowns, Gold Panning, Wood Carving, Pet Parade, Blue Grass & Country Western, Art Show, Gunfighter Skits, Melodramas, Kids Activities, Tours, Games, & much, much more!Shrine Club logo 1 copy

We’re staying the weekend at the Lakeshore Motel. Join us for dinners on Friday and Saturday…and our traditional Sunday brunch before heading home.

Hermosa Beach

St Patrick’s Day Parade

Saturday 11 March 2023 · 11 AM

Our parade season concludes with this fun parade! Join us for the Hermosa Beach St Patrick’s Day Parade. Ride in the parade with other Shriners or watch the flotilla from the parade route.

Loads of entertainment – and the members of Beach Cities Shrine Club looking for water and rowing our WWII life boat – which you are sure to enjoy! We will be accompanied by our other members riding our famous camels.Shrine Club logo 1 copy

Viewing takes place on Pier Avenue and Hermosa Avenue in Hermosa Beach. Participants gather at Los Angles Harbor Lodge in San Pedro and ride over to the parade route.

Annual Barbeque

& Potentate’s Official Visit

Everyone is invited to join us for the Beach Cities Shrine Club’s Annual Barbecue! Plan to have a great time.

It’s an afternoon of fun, dining, and fellowship which we are sure you will enjoy.

We’ve got a great BBQ steak dinner planned with corn, baked potatoes, salad, rolls…and dessert. There will be music and raffles for prizes throughout the event.

Invite your family and friends (they need not be Masons or Shriners), and bring your children and grandchildren. We will have things for the kids to do, including a jumpy house!

You are invited to join us for the Beach Cities Shrine Club’s Annual Holiday Party! Plan to enjoy yourself while getting into the holiday mood.

It’s an evening of fun, dining, and holiday spirit which you are sure to enjoy!

Your dinner choices include beef, chicken, or fish. As always, we have a live band for your dancing and listening pleasure…and we creatively raffle off the table centerpieces during the event.

Family and friends are always invited – the more, the merrier!
